All sellers of RIGID products must comply with specific requirements, all of which will be set forth in an agreement and other documents provided to the reseller upon registration. By submitting this authorized dealer form you acknowledge that you will be subject to such requirement, some of which are set forth below.
• Resellers must publish their contact information, including phone number and commercial address, on all advertised websites or printed material. (Including Amazon/EBay/JET and all like market places)
• No listing RIGID products across Amazon.
• Resellers must notify RIGID of any distributor/dealer/wholesale account changes within 24 hrs.
• Reseller will comply with all RIGID policies, Including the MAP (Minimum Advertised Price) Policy.
